Dave Deardorff

“Big Wave Dave” started his guiding career in 1995 and fished for two other outfitters on the South Fork before coming to South Fork Lodge in 2001.

Dave has guided the main Snake, the Henry’s Fork, the Missouri, the Big Horn, Salt, Blackfoot, Green, New Fork, Varzuga in Russia and Rio Grande in Argentina. Dave’s passion for saltwater fly fishing extends from the Bahamas to Belize, Mexico to Texas and Louisiana to Florida. Dave will get you fish.
